Meet the Owner

Cherry Ordonez, proprietor and Makeup Artist and Creative Hairstylist, of Cherry’s Salon & Cosmetics, has been a professional makeup artist and working in the industry for over 26 years. Cherry has worked and trained under The Makeup Institute, Mac Cosmetics, Vidal Sassoon, and Toni & Guy. She is also an Official Makeup artist for Premier Bridal Shows using her own line of makeup, Temptu & Dinair Airbrush & Makeup.

Setting herself apart in the industry through her knowledge and expertise in the field, Cherry is one of the most sought after hair and makeup artists for TV, film, beauty pageants, runway fashion shows, photo shoots, music video productions, advertising, portraiture, and beauty photography. Cherry is also established as the preeminent artist for Bridal Makeup. Her work has been published in magazines and campaigns.

Cherry is a frequent guest on TV shows and lecturer at makeup workshops. Not only does she educate artists and salons in artistry and salons in artistry and technique but she also works with them in the areas of business development, marketing and advertising consulting, and operational procedures to maximize their business efforts. She also is a personal image consultant and gives corporate personal image seminars as well as one-to-one consultations for individuals, salons, and other businesses in the areas of fashion, appearance, and personal care (hair and makeup).
